AT THE WEEKS END

I finished work this evening at 17:00 and as I always do I take a look at my calendar for the entire week and thank the universe for giving me what it takes to do a job I love for people I love to do it for. I take true pride in my work and I give thanks every week to my clients, my classes and the journey that I am on. 

Do you ever take a look back at your day or week and give thanks for the lessons you learnt and the experiences you had? Gratitude, it is the way forward.

PS, I was on holiday, hence the silence. Do not worry, I have not gone anywhere!
