HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAN!

Some people in your life come and go whilst others stay alongside you the whole way. Even with family, some you are close to and others you are not. Within my family, my sister and I are both incredibly close to our Grandparents and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We grew up spending all our time with our Mum, Nan and Grandad and that led to our close relationship.  

Anyone who has ever met my Nan and Grandad will proceed to tell me how amazing they think they are, which I agree with, of course. They are such incredible people who have had such a huge impact on me throughout my life to date. I owe a lot to my Mum, my Nan and my Grandad and will be forever indebted to them all!  

Today is my Nan’s birthday and as a constant reader of my blog I know she will see this so I want to take this opportunity to wish her the happiest of birthdays and send all of my love and thanks. Thank you for your constant support, understanding, advice and love. Family is such an integral part of our lives and for me to land on my feet with such an amazing family, leads me to feel blessed. 

As always, I look forward to the day ahead with an open mind and an open heart but with a stronger sense of love and appreciation today as I will be seeing my Nan and Grandad on the day that celebrates one of the most amazing women on the planets day of birth, my Nan. The women who gave birth and raised, alongside my Grandad, the most incredible women in my life, my Mum.
